Over the course of 2 days I will dig into the numbers, get to know your business and make a data-driven recommendation on whether to launch, scale or ditch a particular ecommerce channel or market. We can look at Amazon, DTC or a third-party marketplace (eBay, Bol.com, Cdiscount).
How It Works
Before we start:
You fill out a detailed questionnaire to give me the context I need about your business
On day 1:
We’ll meet for a discovery session where I’ll ask a lot of questions and build a detailed understanding of your business goals, priorities, opportunities and challenges
Next:
I’ll dive into your P&L, pricing and promotional plans to build a clear picture of the financials. I’ll also review your market and competitors, including the search demand for your keywords and estimated competitor sales volumes.
To wrap up:
We’ll re-group so I can share everything I’ve found and my recommendation for how best to proceed

It starts with me asking a lot of questions, via questionnaire and then over a discovery session (which we can do in person if possible). You’ll share the context and the data that I need then I’ll go away and crunch the numbers, put it all together and come back with a recommendation. The whole process should take a few days after you’ve submitted the questionnaire.

Not at all. I may be an ecommerce expert but that makes me more sceptical of the channel, not less. I want you to have clarity and confidence in your ecommerce business which means sharing the truth, warts and all and making an honest recommendation about what you should do. If I don't think Amazon or DTC is right for you I will tell it to you straight.

Yes! After completing The Vibe Check, we can move into phase two: The Game Plan. In this follow up project I will get further into the detail and create an actionable plan for you to either launch or drive growth on our chosen ecommerce channel (Amazon, DTC, new market etc). I won’t do the day-to-day of running ads or managing listings but I’ll set you up to manage these yourself or recommend other freelancers who can help.
